Milwaukee rock band The Zimmer Effect serve audiences a hot plate of grungy, proggy, groove rock. At times in your face channeling their hard rock, classic rock, and metal influences, The Zimmer Effect can also lay down a mellow groove to soothe your tender side, thanks to their slight pop and r&b flavor. It is a phenomenon you will not miss. If you love music, you will find something you love here.

The Zimmer Effect is the brainchild of guitarist and songwriter Emily Zimmer, who has been active on the regional, national, and international music scenes since 2002 and isn't stopping any time soon. Long-time collaborator and drummer Mike LaPlant puts the band in motion using his ever-steady rock rhythmic sensibilities, while bassist Max Morgan's tight, melodic phrasing completes the framework. Combined with an entertaining live show and a great love for what they do, this exciting band guarantees a good time.

This is The Zimmer Effect they are from Milwaukee and have a wide arrangement of genres in their songs as you can read above, then now my album review of "Pierce street singles" their newest song is "7 white cars" the intro has a melodic tune very catchy then I hear a beautiful vocal It seems he is the youngest of the band. He has a very unique high vocal reach it sounds terrific by their sounds in the songs, great lyrics and great instruments used in. Their next single is " 100.000" again with a wonderful intro and I like the guitar solo in the intro, this singer can reach a lot notes all pure low and high he sounds stunning. I really love this mix of rock and melodic tunes, it makes their music unique among all others. Also, my credits to the songwriter and instrument players, very good written songs and amazing instrument parts. I really love their intro's they are stunning, great tunes and melodies and each song has a different one, this band is really talented in several ways singing, writing and playings the instruments. You can hear it in this song " Social Dragon fly" what a beautiful vocal the singer has in this song, the last song I listened he sung a bit higher which is also very beautiful. But he sings even better when he sings lower notes, and it fits the tunes they play in this song. wow, they really adjust their music to their title of the songs, very lovely because the title of this song is " the darkest Hour" and it starts with deep low instruments, and while listening to the tunes go higher and his vocals too. I like the transition of the high and low tunes and vocals in all the songs. This is for sure a talented band, they make really awesome music with all those magnificent instruments. I believe I have listened to all their songs, I must say I like them all only there is one song "Something in the Pale light" somehow I have the feeling their newest songs are more their style, note: the singer can sing very good, but the instruments in this song are harder than his vocals. Besides that, this band plays high quality and refreshing rock music with a melodic touch, and I believe they play live, even more, better. This has to be heard around the world, therefore share this review as much as you can and give comments and votes underneath this review.
