Steven Fennell worked on several projects of all genres over the last 30 years. Jeff and John Murphy from "Shoes" produced and released "Roc Sinatra " and Herb Eimerman's solo projects which influenced Steven in every aspect of his music career. The production style featured lyrical story telling, layered background vocals, unique guitar sounds and full body dynamic song structure that would eventually be the signature sound for what later became AFTER ALICE.

In my early twenties, a couple of friends and I formed a cover band and we began playing locally. Although, it was fun & profitable, I wanted to do more with music. I began writing original music around the age of 24 and recorded an EP with my cover band when I was 25 in Atlanta, GA. I went back to playing covers until I met Steve Fennell. We started recording songs immediately, & I knew this would be a project that would go well beyond anything I’ve done in the past. The creative influence that Steve has contributed to this project has allowed me to grow greatly as a musician. I am excited about the potential this project has and I can’t wait to see what the future of After Alice will bring.

After Alice is an Alternative/Indie/Power Pop/Rock/ band that is taking the music industry to a new level with there outstanding lead vocals, blended harmonies, classic guitars, addictive melody's with a unique driving force and edge that adds a new dimension to the industry's multi genre sound.

Introduction:

Indie Detroit Americana Music born from the blues of Black Bottom, mothered by the soul of Motown, and raised by the rhythm of the Rock City.

In summer of 2014, singer/ songwriter Frankie Jason Turner moved from his suburban Detroit home to a small apartment in New York City about six blocks from Central Park. Recently signed to BMG/Chrysalis Music Publishing, he made the trek to see the music industry up close and hopefully find a place for his personal brand of songs.

Out of the time he spent throwing himself against the overwhelming monster that it is Manhattan came the EXILE NEW YORK EP by Turner's band THE GENTLEMEN MUTINEERS. Recorded in a studio in midtown, EXILE NEW YORK is a dark, acoustic Americana EP that mixes old school blues, soul and country with modern recording techniques.

The four tunes are both personal and universal lyrically, revealing a search for ones space and purpose against a complicated past, an unseeable future, and all the temptations of the world.

SPAWN is a high energy brass fuelled skapunk band from the Netherlands, keeping the beat rocksteady and the upstrokes a-skankin'. The band consist of guitar, bass, drums, keys, horns and vocals.

In October 2016, SPAWN released "Dance of the Lunatics".  "With their third album, they've definitely found the groove and locked it down. SPAWN was formed in 2001 as punk trio. Adding a trumpet player in 2002 and a saxophone player in 2004, at that time the band switched to playing ska music with a punky twist. SPAWNTANEOUS was released in 2005 (album of the month at the National Pop Institute). Their music video “Spam” was broadcast by MTV Networks for several weeks, earning the band national exposure. HOSDROPLOS was released in 2008, gaining access to major Dutch venues like Paradiso and Zwarte Cross Festival.

The band formed in early 2016, with all members having a vast array of experience as musicians. Levy LEVY are a 3 piece indie band from San Benedetto del Tronto, on the Adriatic coast of Italy. Maria Sebastian has opened for dozens of national acts and has recorded with many of their members. She has earned 12 Buffalo / Nightlife Music Awards, a People’s Choice Award, a Buffalo Spree Album of the Year Award for Yellow Envelope, 2009, and a Global Music Award for her performance on film producer Michael Z. Gordon's song "On the Run," produced with Nelson Starr (used in the 2015 remake of the film Narc). Maria also won a NISOD Master Teacher Award in 2011 through Genesee Community College, and an Adjunct of the Year award at Niagara County Community College (2013), two schools she has taught undergraduate writing for. She has had music placed in television and film (3 lbs., Narc (2015), Discovery Channel, Melrose Place, others), performs regularly in Buffalo, and has played select northeast venues as an acoustic singer/songwriter—including opening 8 times for Roger McGuinn of The Byrds. In 2011, Maria toured across the US with 10,000 Maniacs as a backing vocalist, and rhythm guitarist. Her 2009 CD, Yellow Envelope, has earned her praise among all it has been passed on to, including The Hudson Valley’s Freeman Online (“Sebastian has a great record on her hands here.”) Her 2011 CD features songs for, or inspired by, figures including Maya Angelou, Malcolm X, Comic Icon Harvey Pekar, Muhammad Ali, Harry Nilsson, and others. Introduction:

Hagen Bretschneider (idea, sound concept, bass) and Lennart Hüper (rhythm guitar) have always focussed on instrumental compositions. They have concentrated on their own material, producing their first album "Dead Cat on a Railroad Track" in 2013.

This work was a production using only guitars, bass and drum machine. Following their success they decided to develop their music together resulting in "Lunatic Asylum" released in 2015. Hagen and Lennart were joined by Nico Walser, who produced Lunatic Asylum as well as playing lead guitar and synthesizers. This collaboration blossomed further on their third album "Wrong Planet" featuring producer and guest musician Nico Walser again. The compositions on the first album were largely rooted in blues rock, however on Wrong Planet their music can sound like Sabbath or Zeppelin from the 70s but they combine these licks with dynamic patches from the drum machine of the 80s.

The Hannover duo's style is steeped in ambiant music interspersed with melodic guitar riffs. These arrangements are sometimes inspired by the Icelandic band Sigur Ros, especially by their use of a violin bow played on the guitar, and the guitar solos would not sound out of place on a Camel or Pink Floyd album.

This is Taff from Greece, they have posted in the forum. Here is my review about this synthpop/indie artist who has released his first song called "Before It's Too Late" that will be available in all digital outlets in 2 days. The song starts with a lovely intro, just like you listen to the wind going to your hair, then comes his vocals, and wow, he can sing high and pure. I really love the vibration in his voice, it has something of Micheal Jackson. The lyrics are well written, and I really get goosebumps when he sings, the song is uptempo and down tempo at the same time, really love the mix. This singer from Greece has an amazing vocal reach, and this is new talent that deserves a platform to grow in fans, streams and sales. The song is high quality music and his voice is gifted, this singer can go very far with his talent. I can not stop listening to it, it is so amazingly good. It has all elements to become a massive hit song. And I keep listening because I hear a tiny part of Micheal in it, especially due to the vibration and the higher notes. This is till now their only song but if this is already a hit song material what will the rest be, I am really impressed by this music project from Greece. Mark my words when you listen to their song, you would love it and become addicted to their song. This has to be heard in all countries, and being played at all radio stations that exist in this world. Therefore, share this review with these new legends in pop music on it, and to be honest I like their song more than a lot that I daily hear at MTV or other charts and channels for trending music.
